PRICES: Prices are subject to change without notice and are based on full case shipments.

ORDERS: Subject to final acceptance by EHOB, Inc.

STANDARD ITEMS: Standard items are ordered by product number and are shipped second day after receipt of order. Mattress replacements are shipped within two weeks.

CUSTOM ITEMS: A longer delivery period is usually required. Custom items are noncancellable and nonreturnable.

TERMS: Net 30 days with approved credit application on file, prepaid and credit card orders accepted.

LATE PAYMENTS: Subject to a 1% per month charge calculated from due date of original invoice.

FREIGHT: F.O.B. Indianapolis, IN. Prepaid and added to the invoice unless otherwise specified by the customer.

DROP SHIP: EHOB will drop ship for a fee of 20%.

RETURNS: Returned merchandise accepted only with a preapproved Returned Goods Authorization number (RGA) from Customer Service. Returns for credit or exchanges must be made within 30 days from invoice date and are subject to a 20% minimum restocking charge. RGA number must be properly marked on the exterior of shipping container. The merchandise must be within warranty, unopened, undamaged, in resalable condition and must be in full case quantities. Custom items cannot be returned.

WARRANTY: EHOB Inc., is committed to manufacturing therapeutically sound products of superior workmanship and materials. We accomplish this with attention to every detail, from Quality Assurance programs to customer satisfaction. Any EHOB static air products (overlays, chair cushions and chair pad, custom cradle and custom boot) that fails, due to a defect in materials or workmanship, within 1 year will be replaced. Any defects in the FootHold will be replaced in 3 months. EHOB TruVue product does not carry a warranty, but will be replaced if there is a defect in the product. This warranty is void on any product that has been tampered with, misused, abused, improperly maintained or altered in any manner. Contact EHOB, Inc. Customer Service for instructions on warranty claims. MPM Products: Damaged or less than full cases will not be accepted. No product accepted over six (6) months old. 25% restocking fee charged on all authorized returns.
